COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’ve just tapped the third in our “Ape” series of session beers. This one, “Beware The Beast Man … ” is a 3.8% ale, deep amber in color, with a little spiciness from the use of crystal rye and German Tettnang hops and a big hop finish (Columbus & Amarillo) and then dry hopped with Citra, Sorachi Ace and bitter orange peel.
