Sampled on draft at the Pratt St Ale House this beer poured a dark golden color with a medium sized creamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was dryish and a bit grainy. The aroma is mild honey.
The taste is honey with a mild bite of bitterness, lemon zest and pine. Good bitter profile.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
