On tap at Tapp’d Bethesda as "Oliver’s Anniversary Volume 1" : Amber body with puffy head. Nose is floral and malty. Taste of malts, and oranges and spices. Bitter in the finish. Very good.
Dark amber, creamy white head. Earthed orange-like aromas warm to touches of toffee brittle and cereal grains from start to finish. Very well balanced with a touch of bitter stone fruit and orange riding a light earthy caramel malt backbone throughout. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bittersweet finish. Sessionable would be understatement as the growler disappeared in just under two hours… dlovell2 (2171) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - JUL 15, 2014

Tap at brewery. Pours clear amber with creamy off-white head. Aroma is pale and cereal malts, light toast and caramel, floral notes, and light fruit sweetness. Flavor is dry malty base with hop bitterness that intensifies as the taste lingers along with some very faint caramel sweetness buried underneath. Medium body and carbonation. Cask - There wasn’t really too much from this beer just a pretty decent English bitter served from a cask. I have had much better cask beers from Olivers. scraff (2121) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - SEP 9, 2010
