Bottle. Seems like June, 2015 bottling but not completely sure. Big, juicy pear nose, caramel and butter, like a pie. Awesome. Honey and rhubarb in there too. Somewhat sweet, very fruity and fascinating pear flavors. Medium tannins, light to medium sharpness. Semi-dry and fruity with a peppery, tannic, bittering finish and citrus notes. Pale golden orange with a slight haze and lace. Very soft carbonation. Awesome. Can't believe the ratings here are so low. A truly great perry. ekstedt (6929) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 18, 2017
