A dry cider with a cascade of small bubbles. The aroma of old apple orchards, a taste of ancient bittersweet vintage apples and a full, lingering flavour and finish.

(bottle - corked & caged 750 ml - Night of the Titans 2013) Hazy gold pour with a fizzy white head. Nose has a nice combination of sweet apples and a slightly tart funk note. Flavor has a very nice mix of sweet and a very nice farmhouse tartness and earthiness. Very nicely carbonated and quite enjoyable.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy golden with a tiny off-white head. Tart, leathery apple aroma. Light body, very dry, slightly fusty, funky and very astringent with heavy tannins. Very much a classic British farmhouse cider. 010412

Sampled at Ft Wayne RB tasting - This cider has a rich, ripe apple aroma. It’s like it smells sweet, but it definitely doesn’t taste sweet. It’s pretty dry as the name indicates. It’s also light bodied and watery. The aroma is the best part.

thedm (6319) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 15, 2012
This bottled brew from a rating party poured a very small sized head of medium sized clear colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a light yellow orange colored body and a oily lacing. The aroma was red apple. The dry mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of red apple and sweet. An OK brew just nothing special.
