Replaced by a different Medium version from 2011.
Note: This was one of the Oliver’s products imported into the US by Shelton Brothers. Now replaced by the Medium variant in line with the UK version.

A medium sweet cider with a cascade of small bubbles. The aroma of old apple orchards, a taste of ancient bittersweet vintage apples and a full, lingering flavour and finish.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, horse blanket and vanilla notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, wood, apples, apple skin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20110930]
