2009 ... (medium perry)very pale yellow ... dry fruit ... light pear nose ... sweet pear ... bit thin.
From a plastic barrel Battersea BF 09. Hazy green gold, no head. Film developer on aroma. That’s alright. Soft carbonation in mouth, reasonably sweet in mouth with a medium dry finish. Certainly quite a lot of cider influence. Some acidity. Decent. Decent fruity aroma.
