COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the postal code of regal Chelsea where Jennifer and I made the first ever batch of Oliver Ale. A medium bodied English amber that makes great company for burgers and sandwiches.

On tap at Pratt. Pours a clear copper amber with a thin to medium sized white head. Sweet malt, toast. Toasty, malt, smooth and malty. Like so many of their beers so far, very easy drinking. Long earthy bitterness. Very nice.

Tap. Pours mostly clear amber with thin, fizzy white; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is toasted and cookie malt, pears, apple’s, floral hops, and bread notes. Flavor is balanced sweet malt, fruit esters, and hops (light bitterness); dry finish. Medium body, low carbonation, and low warmth.

growler from wharf rat @ camden yards pours a cooper honey colour with a medium sized quick fading white head with some lacing. aroma is buttery,sweet malt, some bread and citrus. flavour is also buttery, some fresh fruit. some bread and grapefruit also. seems to be quite a bit of dicetyl but very enjoyable non the less.

Ruddy brown, foamy khaki head. Yeasty, otter-ish aroma with very light diacetyl. Buttery, wooody, dry, lightly tannic-tart. Quick finish. Medium light body, woody finish. Good session bitter.
