2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled at Ledig Erf Biermarkt 2004. (On tap) Very sweetish aroma of citrus and wheat. Cloudy, yellow coloured with a firm white, lasting head. Taste is again sweet, slightly unbalanced, wheaty and citrus. Very fresh brew.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draught Fully hazy lemon-yellow; dense yellowish head. Coriander (?) jumping out of the glass, citrus nose. Quite flat taste, neither very spicey (at least), neither very citrus, but it IS wheaty. Wheaty slickness, less light than average, but refreshing. If one gives Huyghe the right instructions... I seem indeed to get a different beer from the usual Huyghe wit, despite the identical ABV. Mystery...
