@Ølsnedkeren Amazing beer. Longlasting foam with all the best taste of coffee. Not overly bitter but the bitterness still presented itself enough to eradicate any doubt that it mightn’t be a dark beer. Lovely dark colour much reminiscent of that of the coffee in it’s name. The aroma too succeeded in being a blend of the very best of both beer and coffee. The beer is what it’s name suggests, however it doesn’t deliver much else.

[email protected]Ølsnedkeren, Copenhagen - pours black with a brown head. Roasted and sweet malty, with some prominent coffee notes, some bitter chocolate, some caramel, light vanilla caress into the close.

Tap @ Ølsnedkeren, Copenhagen. Pitch black body with a moderate sized, dense beige head. Aroma has roasted dark malt and quality coffee with a weak hint of vanilla. Flavor is roasted, dark malt, strong roasted coffee, not much vanilla and quite bitter. Not particular fruity bitterness, more like bitter coffee. Full bodied and long lasting aftertaste with mostly coffee flavor. Definitively a coffee stout, actually a bit one dimensional, even of the coffee flavor is fine it feels a bit like drinking cold coffee with carbonation.

Smagen er rimelig sødlig, og kun moderat bitter. Eftersmagen er sødlig en en smule ristet

0.5 draft.
A pitch black color and a small, tanned head. Aroma of coffee and lactose, everything else, whatever it might be, is subdued. A bittersweet taste of coffee, vanilla, milk, roasted malts, and perhaps a bit of smoke. A full body, a creamy texture, and an almost flat carbonation. Finish is long, apart from being utterly saturated with coffee it introduces some sourness. Overall the beer is alright, just your standard coffee stout which offers nothing apart from the coffee itself.
