Ølsnedkeren, Copenhagen. Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is roasted, some mild cognac, mild toffee and liquorice. Flavour is roasted, nutty, some raisins and mild liquorice.
Draught at Ølsnedkeren Århus. Good creamy aroma. Black colour, seems clear. Small creamy tan head. The flavour is creamy and vinous. A little sweet, but had a district bitterness to balance. The vinous touch is probably from the barrel, but there are not many vanilla notes.
