Tap @ the brewery. Pours clear red with a nice, staying, creamy, white head. Lovely looks. Aroma has piney, citrussy hops, light chocolate and caramel. Medium carbonation, fine dry and very creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has good caramel, some kind of smokiness that doesn’t seem intended, but still feels quite mellow and nice. Very malty dry finish with some slight metallic notes. A bit unbalanced. faroeviking (11343) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - FEB 23, 2013
