Light colour, short white head, smells like any lager. Even without tasting I’m think one of these. There is a little bit sourness in aroma, and some how I think mushrooms. Taste has some sweetness, but not much. Overall this is one of many supermarket beers without great character. MikeKeller (956) - Kemi, FINLAND - APR 13, 2012
Can. Olvi Reino was a nice suprise from Olvi who has only rebranded Olvi III in recent times. This reminded me of Budvar with it’s diacetyl and buttery taste. Might even buy again. tlind2 (1768) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 13, 2012
500 ml can. Golden color, white head. Slightly sulfuric aroma. Soft, malty flavor, round malty finish. Medium body, medium carbonation. Nothing special, but I'm not angry either. FatPhil (16953) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - APR 11, 2012

Smells like Olvi III. Pale and fizzy. A touch watery and fizzy. Retronasals do have some spicy, almost needley, hops, which stay for the finish. Mostly clean, but there’s some hint of a strange medicinal antiseptic aspect to the taste that stops me from giving it a 5. Better than their usual muck, closer to their Estonian recipes.

Clear golden color, small white head. Grainy and metallic aroma. Light bodied. Metal, sweetish maltyness, watery finish. Harsh with low bitterness. If possible, even more boring than normal Olvi III.
568 ml can. Finland.lusikka (7819) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 28, 2012
Clear pale golden colour with small white head.
Grainy malty aroma with notes of some candy sweetness.
Flavour is pretty much the same. Weak notes of grassy hops. Drinkable. I’m not impressed.

Pours a clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma of grassy hops, sweetish grainy malts and some fainted floral notes. Flavour of sweetish pale malts, bitter grassy hops and some floral notes again. Surprisingly strong fruitiness for a pale lager. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and a weak malty finish with some bitterness. Not nearly as bad as I expected. Nice after sauna beer. Top-10 pale lager for me, it seems.
Canned. Golden colour, mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is malts, mild grains, quite floral with some mild starchlike sweetness. Flavour is fruity and floral with some mild bready notes. Interestingly enough my first thoughts for the fruity and floral notes is Fuggles mixed with Saaz (made the way Williams Bros did it in the Hop Quiz). After the two Lapin Kulta Arctic Malts’ this one is rather pleasant and tasty. I suppose this could be my thirst quencher beer this summer, if nothing more exciting comes from the macros. UPDATED: MAR 28, 2012 Boks 0,568l fra Kilpishalli. Lys gylden. Veldig høyt kremaktig skum som varer lenge og fester seg litt til glasset. Svakt metallsk aroma. Smaken er søt malt med litt syrlighet i ettersmaken. Kavu (5038) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 25, 2012
Doesn’t really differ from normal Olvi III at all. No sign of the promised hops. Pours pale golden, weak aroma and flavor of malts.
