Nice amber color, with a little brown head. Head disappears rather quickly. Taste isn’t that special, malts are presented nicely. Smooth texture, but still somewhat strong beer. anders37 (26641) - Malmö, SWEDEN - NOV 9, 2012

Can, Supermarket, Kuopio. Pours clear dark copper with a small off white head leaving small lacing. Aroma is malty, roasted, fruity and caramel. Flavor is like the aroma. Finishes dry bitter.

500ml can (? Supermarket, Helsinki)
Very much like a watered down version of the old Olvi Sandels Tumma export 4.3%. Similar rich roast, but mostly lacking the slightly stale coffee-groundsy, and with very little hint of the malty backbone Olvi used to put in their dark beers. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was just a dodgy rebadge with a cheaper formula.
Yes, that was almost a copy of my 4.3% rating, that’s because this is a copy of the 4.3% beer, and not worth wasting effort on. Oooh, 0.3 off the ABV, and 0.3 off my score - what a coincidence!
