GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 12, 2011
330mL at Bishops Arms Folkungagatan in Stockholm. The pour is a tea amber with a thinning, bubble head. Pretty weak sauce. Aroma is tawny port, old rust, cellar, meaty. Wow- very nice. Taste is sweet, malty, thin, basic, nothing really interesting, maybe some butter. Suddy, thin, watery palate. I thought for a second we were in for the best bitter in the world. What a let down :(

3.4
Skinnyviking (9570) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 2, 2010
Bottle. High creamy and long lasting off-white head. Beautiful clear red brown body. Sweet fruity aroma with cocoa with a hay bread malt touch in the background. So far so good. Flavor is a bit more ordinary with caramel cocoa and some hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.

3.3
3fourths (9345) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 6, 2013
An American-hopped red ale with an aroma and flavor of cara malt, gum, cedar, red apple and fruit candies. Medium body, moderate bitterness and medium to high sweetness with a lot of residual sugars suggest it’s not fully attenuated (also noticed in the latest batch of Lava). Lightly hazed amber, from bottle best by August 2014 at K Bar in Reykjavik.

3.6
gyllenbock (9177) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 25, 2011
Bottle at Islenski Barinn, Reykjavik. Dark amber with a nice, creamy head. Good fruity aroma, hops, some yeast and caramel. The flavor was sweet and rather bitter. Not a bad beer, actually quite pleasant and drinkable.
