Pours a clear reddish amber with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, pine, floral esthers and perfumy notes. Taste is rich caramel, fruity hops, light citrus, floral flowery flavor and a nice balanced hoppy bitterness. Enjoyable American red.

haukur (2124) - Kópavogur, ICELAND - SEP 2, 2008
UPDATED: SEP 6, 2008 ruby red, with a firm small head. Hoppy aroma, some citrus and malts. Very good in my oppinion, but maybe too creative for the icelandic market, which would be a shame. Good nonetheless

3.6

Pours beautiful, clear ruby-tinged orange into a shaker. Off-white head quickly recedes to hug rim. Sweet caramel aromas. Soft with sweet caramel upfront turning to a slightly bitter resin finish.
