Draft at Uptown in Charlotte Airport. Clear copper sticky lace. Faint aroma. Malt chocolate spice nuts. Very clean and refreshing. Great dunkel. Interested in this brewery. edbast (38) - Minnesota, USA - JAN 6, 2016
14 oz tap. This is not a dunkel, it’s a lager. Not a good one either. Flat, boring. What’s the point? Criz (358) - - NOV 30, 2015
When in Charlotte....seek other beer. Pours nice Amber color thin off white head that quickly fades. Faint toasted malts, copper, caramel are the aromas. Flavores of yeast, caramel, toasted grains. Super watery mouthfeel. Drinkable yes, forgettable yes. geologyguy (1651) - Columbia, South Carolina, USA - MAR 20, 2015
Smell is nothing special, like a normal beer, Nice reddish appearance, taste is like a pilsner...very different from what expected...hoppy bitter finish...bleh jcartamdg (3522) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 20, 2015
Pours a dark brown with no head. Aroma of lager yeast, caramel, dates and raisins. Taste follows, very light for a dunkel. Muted.

A pleasant dunkel lager from OMB; I'm not sure if there's anything particularly wintery or seasonal about it but it's a plain quality beer with caramel malt and earthy hoppiness, not complex but very tasty, refreshing, and exceedingly smooth. On draft, this was an average translucent brown appearance with white foam. Smell was caramel malt, maybe some chocolate, a little roastiness. Slightly sweet caramel malt and hop bitterness in the taste, medium bodied, finishes clean. Just a reliable lager, nothing amazing but I would certainly drink this regularly. rumproasts (5588) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JAN 24, 2015
Tap. Light brown with small head. Caramel and toffee with a toasty bitter finish. Hard to get excited about this. ben4321 (6677) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JAN 11, 2015

Aroma: Sweetish aroma of caramel malts, bread, toast, mild earthy hops, and some nutty notes
Appearance: Brownish color with a reddish hue, a light brown head, and some decent lacing
Flavor: The taste leans sweet, with a light, balancing bitterness, and a clean malty sweet finish
Palate: It is fairly light bodied, with a decent mouthfeel, mild stickiness, and average carbonation.
Since the only bar in terminal A has terrible beer, the OMB seasonal tends to be the best option. I’ve had probably 8-10 of these over the last month, and it is straight up okay. Basically the definition of okay.
Tap, amber pour, off white head, nose and taste are slightly caramel, toffee, okay
