Draft - Sweet malts. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet and fruity with a dry finish. bnwokedi89 (106) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - FEB 14, 2015
To be very honest this beer tastes like watered down champagne. It isn't much better than Miller or Bud Light.

Location: Draft at Ten Park Lanes, 12/3/14, as OMB Captain Jack Pilsner
Elwood (3336) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - OCT 17, 2014
Aroma: It has a fairly light nose of pilsner malt and cracker, some earthy notes, a bit of corn
Appearance: It pours a clear golden color with a pretty decent sized white head on top
Flavor: The taste is light and malty, kind of thin, but not bad, light bitterness, mild adjunct flavor
Palate: It has a fairly light body, mildly thin, not as a crisp/clean as I prefer in this style
I thought this was only an okay pilsner. It doesn’t hit the marks of the best in the style, and it has some mild adjunct type of flavors that make it less enjoyable than it could have been otherwise. Drinkable, but not any better than that.
Serving: Draft at Texacali Taco & Tequila Bar. It pours a solid yellow color with a small white head. The nose has a whiff of diacetyl and grain. The flavor is butter, metal, grain, and a hint of grass. Thin bodied with higher carbonation. Reminds me of a cream ale and a bad one at that. firemarshal (206) - North Carolina, USA - OCT 9, 2014
On tap at Mecktoberfest 2014. Clear, yellow. Aroma is pungent lager yeast with spicy grasses and herbal strong noble hops. Taste was overly yeasty and hoppy. Harsh on the palate. Overall, I was unimpressed. freekyp (2257) - Thomasville, North Carolina, USA - SEP 14, 2014
A perfect pile, crisp and grassy with a hop forward character backed with by a solid cracker malt back on. Crystal clear yellow with a 2 finger white head. Light lacing. Sammy (12212) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 12, 2014
On tap at wine vinter. So so pils in the marginalist style. Not so drinkable.
