Omission IPA, PA are ONLY "gluten free" beers I’ve tried that taste like real beer. Their website provides very good info on the science they use to ensure their beer is gluten free.
Great option for gluten free option/requirement. ansjelaah (1748) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - AUG 8, 2013

Bright but hazy golden color. White head lasts. Aroma is extreme citrus... tangelo, kumquat and whatnot. Taste is soapy, bitter citrus. Pretty much its awesome esp. for being gluten free. Oscbert (1306) - Lincoln, California, USA - OCT 6, 2013
~Citrusy grapefruit aroma with floral and earthy hop notes. I really enjoy the aroma.
~Pours a clear gold color with lasting creamy white head.
~Citrusy hop, with light resin and earthy hopiness. Light breadiness, but well balanced.
~medium bodied, medium CO2, lingering earthy bitterness.
~I had no idea this was gluten free when I bought it. Wasn’t really expecting to like it. This is an excellent beer. The only gluten free beer I’ve ever had. Impressed. brinehart (213) - Colorado, USA - OCT 1, 2013
Best GF beer I've had - indistinguishable from regular beer. Good, fresh citrusy and dank hops on the nose. Taste follows. Good hop flavor. Significant bitterness, but balanced. Mostly caramel malt.

355 ml bottle. Hazy orange with white head. Smell is hoppy floral and pine. Taste is caramel malty with pine and floral notes. Dry finish. Dry with medium bitterness and medium carbonation. bhensonb (15235) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 28, 2013
Bottle from Whole Foods in Folsom, CA. Pours amber gold with a slight white head. Nice hop aroma. Seems citrus. Med body. Nice hop burn. Lots of citrus/resin. Lots. Backbone seems lightly malty. Which is not literally possible. But this is likely to be the best gluten free thus far. Not a lot of support for the hops, but it works. Joakgust (1456) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 15, 2013
Bottle, 33cl - Clear golden beer with a large white head. Aroma is spicy with notes of citrus, gooseberries, hay and pine needles. Flavor is spicy with notes of gooseberries, citrus and pine needles. Intense gooseberry feel to it as well as being well balanced. Unique and a must try beer, didn’t think GF couof be this good. DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2014
Live rate at home. Bottle from Whole Foods Columbus Circle, NYC. Pours brilliant bronze-gold with a tight, persistent white foam. Sweet mandarin, lemon zest and biscuit aroma with mineral suggestions. Taste similarly attractive with crisp soapy pine, mandarin and floral hop over a clean and lingering cashew, chaff and custard cream finish right. Flavour-wise approaching the sessi...English GA ballpark, actually. Slick honeyed mouthfeel, correct carbonation; lively but stopping short of fizz. These Widmer boys know how to put an IPA together. Excellent; by a long, long way the best gluten free beer I’ve tasted. Cunningham (7986) - Halden, NORWAY - MAR 8, 2014
