330 ml bottle.
Pours a golden colour without a head. Aroma of metals, mild grainy notes and some pungent grassiness. Very mild flavour of grains, grassy bitterness, mild fruitiness, wet paper and strong lemon. Light bodied, soft carbonation and thin mouthfeel. A very simple lager which goes well with food.

Clear golden with short white head. Looks somehow bit watery. Aroma is fruity, bit grain, quite one-sided. Crisp feel with potent carbonation, light body and watery feel, grainy flavor and medium long finish. This was quite boring to sum it up. Lacks nuances and enjoyable flavors and aromas.

Good, great, solid lager. One of the most refreshing and well-rounded lagers I have had in a long time. Also one of the best, if not the best, gluten-free beer I have had.

Bottled (from K CityMarket Kivihaka, Vaasa). Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is quite fruity and floral when fridge cold, once it warms up a bit it also gets some rather grainy notes. Flavour is floral, fruity, some grainy and herbal notes with some toffee as well.

Thank you so much for a gluten-free beer that actually tastes like a real beer. I realized recently that I have slight issues with gluten, so if I can, I typically get something from Omission - this is a good lager.

35,5 cl bottle @home as Omission Handcrafted Lager, Bottled 06.11.2013
Aroma is somewhat hoppy and slightly fruity with some grainy malt. Flavour has grainy malt, some hops and citrus in the finish. Clean but boring.

No markings of "Gluten Free" on the bottle.

TET (2952) - Kaarina, FINLAND - JAN 18, 2014
A golden beer with a seething, almost medium and white head. The nose of light malts, some lemon, quite fresh. Taste of light malts and wheat, slightly aromatic, lemon. Light+ bodied, mild and smooth carbonation. Quite nice and fresh lager with slightly citrus notes that gives the own interest, not very typical lager.
