Type: 12-oz. bottle
Glass: Clear 15.25-oz. pilsner glass
From: Brother-in-Law Ron
Consumed: Dec. 26, 2015
Misc.: Bottled on Aug. 4, 2015 at 6:48 p.m.
Poured a golden, pale, clear color with 3-to-4 fingers of white, rocky head. Lots of bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass. Very good amount of uneven, foamy lacing on the sides of the glass. Excellent retention. A great looking beer. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled normal lager malts - corn, cereal, sourdough, honey, light grass, crackers and faint apple. (Smell - 3.75)
Taste was nowhere as good as the nose. Got a toned down watery version, leading with corn cereal (Kix or Corn Pops), followed by honey and light grassy grains. Unimpressed. (Taste - 3.00)
Light body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt, watery finish. (Feel - 3.25)
I might have overrated this a tad, but it had its moments. Would not have it again on purpose though. (Overall - 3.25)

Very thin head and a heavily carbonated yellow body. Soft sweet lager aroma with a hint of hoppiness and yeast hints. Flavour is a middling lager with okay brief notes of cardboardiness. Dry finish. Comparable to an average lager, maybe pretty good for the gluten-free crowd. nybol (2439) - DENMARK - OCT 12, 2015

Bottle at The Hamilton. Dark gold body with medium head. Nose is sweet, malty with some citrus. Taste is malty, with grains, hops and citrus notes. Light bodied. Pretty good.

Better than expected. No real aroma. Light golden color. Watery palate with high carbonation. For what it is, a decent flavor profile. Pale malts and lager yeast. Good hop balance. cmacklin (1371) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 28, 2015
12 fl. oz. bottle. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with an average, short lived, white head. Weak aroma of pale malt and grain. Sweet malt flavour with corn, grass, a hint of caramel and a dry, metallic finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Most gluten free beers have a strange flavour. This one doesn’t. If you’re a celiac, I highly recommend this beer. If you’re not it’s quite average but refreshing and thirst quenching. obguthr (6824) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - MAY 28, 2015

As advertised very clean, crisp and refreshing. I place it high in the ranks of gluten free offerings.
