Que bien! This is one goof frickin’ beer. This is what Lager’s are supposed to taste like. Very grainy and "bready" aftertaste. Delicious!

12 ounce bottle into lager glass, bottled on 5/5/2016. Pours fairly crystal clear pale straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors with minimal yeast notes present. Moderate dryness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, and fairly grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is a very good Pale lager. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

pours a bright yellow gold .. . medium foam .. . borax is a soap, borat is a movie .. . has a solid crispness .. . not even taking into account the gluten free aspect, this is a very nice lager
.. . . you know, i don’t take my cigar smoking career nearly as serious as i should.

Great beer. It is very light in color with a smooth grainy finish. I don’t love the smell but otherwise its a very enjoyable beer.

Smells like a grainy Pilsner with hint of lemon and honey. Very grainy, almost worty taste accented with that same lemony or lemon balm like character. This is actually better than some regular "craft" lagers and I’d probably choose it over most American Adjunct Lagers. As it warms it does get a bit more weird, but I could definitely do this one if I had to.

Moderate body. Very low bitterness. I don’t drink a lot of lagers. This is tasty.

Again, this is a excellent specimen. Pale gold in color with a spritzy head that reduces to some lacing. Smells like a lager. Superb malt backbone with a mild snap. Balanced! Good carbonation and a quality bitterness on the finish. I don’t drink beer like this but this beer is very tasty.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Pours a hazy yellow-amber color with a thin fizzy off-white head. Poor head retention. Aroma of cereal malts with light toastiness. The taste is toasted malts, some crackery-notes, mild floral hops. Well balanced, medium bodied. Nice beer.
