Bottle - pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is grassy and cardboard. Taste is cereal and nutty with a light malt sweetness. DrSilverworm (10000) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 19, 2012
12oz botte, bottled May 10, 2012. Clear gold color, thin white head that fades to minimal. Couple dots of lace. Crisp, light carbonation. Dry texture. Pretty convincing, and decent lager. Light bread aroma, with some citrus lemon. Sort of a zesty-sweet taste. Definitely one of the better gluten-free beers I’ve tried. Nuffield (4245) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - SEP 15, 2012
Not as good as the Omission pale ale, but then, why would you pick a plain lager over an APA in any event? Yellow, clear, light flavor. For what it does, it’s an accomplishment--drinkable gluten free beer. Not offensive. (bottle at the Ale Jail backyard beer festival, 2012) Patrickctenchi (6806) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - OCT 23, 2012
Pours hazy, bright yellow-gold with a tall white head.
Scent is faintly hoppy, spice.
Taste is a very crisp, acidic grapefruit.
A little bread...
Pretty tasty, light and refreshing....
Lively for a gluten-free.
