Hazy copper oxide color, smallish yellow head. Malty, caramel, sweet, bread like, light fruity, berries scent, some bubblegum. Malty sweet, bitter, grainy, husky (slight), hints fo alcohol taste. Medium to full mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Bitter, grainy aftertaste. Lingering dry bitterness in the finish. A bit of warming alcohol.
Bottle: First sip is full of flavor. Mid glass is mellows to a softer, lighter ale. Finish is light, hoppy, dry. Best Gluten Free I’ve had. Food Pairing: Deep dish pizza. jsmerig (1583) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 28, 2014

UPDATED: OCT 22, 2016 Bottle from Cheeseburger In Paradise Waikiki 261214. By far and away the best gluten free beer I have ever had. Plenty of flavour, golden amber colour and great aroma. Funknmilla (745) - Wayne, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 26, 2014
November 2014....12 oz bottle...pours copper, has a nice malty aroma with a hop zing...a typical pale ale aroma....this beer is balanced perfectly, really good....light bodied but all the more reason to make this a nice session brew....nothing special but good! reebtogi (6261) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 9, 2014
355ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head leaving some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is light citrus with some other light fruits. Taste is a citrus hop bitterness with a light fruity and caramel malty sweetness. Finishes clean with a light body and decent carbonation. Very well done for a gluten free brew, after tasting I would never have known this was a GF beer. tonypreto (130) - Akron, Ohio, USA - DEC 8, 2014
12 oz bottle poured into pint glass. A hoppy aroma with slight yeast to it. No head to it. Tastes smooth, but very watered down. Doesn’t really taste like a gluten free beer in it’s defense, although if you aren’t following a gluten free diet, I would suggest avoiding it. elbernays (1496) - Dublin, IRELAND - DEC 5, 2014
Bottle shared at home from mchughs. Light spruce aroma. Light biscuit malt with watery finish. Meh
