This pale ale is tricky. The stench of an IPA, but very soft easy going finish. If this were a first date ... It would call you for a second. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Great British Beer Festival 2013. Poured a clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus hops and some bready malt. Flavours of grain, golden syrup and pine. Finishes with a mixture of sweet toffee and bitter hop resin. Not quite as good as the IPA, but probably the best gluten free beers Ive had to date. We need more in the UK!!

If you are a Glutard like me this is a fantastic beer. Great color, aroma, and appearance. Reminds me a bit of a Heffeweizen. Nice clean taste and not heavy on the palate.

Omission Gluten-Free Pale Ale has a medium, frothy, off-white head, a mostly clear, amber appearance, with some streaming bubbles, descending little chunks, and decent lacing left behind. The aroma is of sweet, hoppy, rich barley and bread crust, and the taste is of those elements, with pronounced bitterness and an underlying "health-food store" flavor note. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy and a bit chewy, and Omission Gluten-Free Pale Ale finishes wet, rich, and chewy. Overall, this is very good and interesting. RJT

Wasnt sure about this "gluten free" stuff. Thought maybe there would be some kind of sacrifice in at least 1 of the 4 categories. But this beer holds up very well. Beautiful clear amber colour. Looks like a consume. Vibrant herbal and floral aroma. Medium to heavy bodied. Big flavours start to finish. Good stuff.
