Láhev 355 ml. Aroma je velmi příjemné, svěže ovocné, připomíná jahody a maliny s lehkými kávovými podtóny. Pěna je bílá, jemná, středně vysoká a poměrně držící. Barva samotného piva je krásna´opálová. Chuť má příjemný karamelový střed s lehkým sladovým nádechem, celková chuť je spíše lehká, řidší s jemně hořkým a držícím finišem. Bezlepkové pivo se občas stává obětí předsudků, obzvláště v naší zemi. Nicméně, zrovna toto pivo je důkazem že lepek není všechno a i bezlepkové pivo může být kvalitní a přinášet požitek z pití.

Thank you so much for a gluten-free beer that actually tastes like a real beer. I realized recently that I have slight issues with gluten, so if I can, I typically get something from Omission - this is an ok pale ale, not something I would like to get over the omission lager. .

Bottle poured a clear copper hue w/ medium fizzy head and minimal lace. Light yeast, malt, hop aromas. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a moderate bitter finish of short duration. Tastes are resin, crackers, and sweet orange citrus. Light to medium bodied, slightly creamy mouthfeel, and light to average carbonation.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a medium, collapsing, ivory head, with a bit of lacing, over a clear medium amber (SRM 12) body....nose is cereal, light pine, slight citrus peel...taste is mildly sweet, light cereal, hints of bread, light pine, citrus peel bitterness on the finish.....mouth feel light of medium, carbonation adds light acid. This is a reasonable attempt at a Pale Ale, but it really is quite simple, and is interesting solely because of the almost gluten free designation. It is quite superior to most gluten free beers, because some parts of the barley was used rather than a substitute grain. BJCP 5/3/10/4/5

Light aroma: caramel/sweet, herbal hops. Sweetish flavor; a tiny bit of grainy/bread flavor. General fruity hop flavor.Subtle wierd green apple-ish flavor in aftertaste. I think this is the first gluten-free "beer" than can pass for a beer.

amber color; not much to the aroma; medium-bodied caramel malt with a light hop flavor; seems like they omitted the hops; stil, a good, easy drinking beer
