Ferris (15020) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 14, 2013
Bottle - Hoppy citrus and spice with a malty caramel sweetness. Pale clear copper with a thin head. Bit of up front bitterness from the hops and malts continues. Very light body, almost too light considering the flavor. If I hadnt known this was a gluten free, I would say average APA which makes it a great gluten free.

12oz bottle. Small off-white head atop lightly hazed amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, pine, some bread. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some lemon, honey. Light-medium body. The good news is that the beers gluten-free aspect isnt obvious. The bad news is that the beer isnt that good.
