Pours a pretty clear amber with a fairly thick and fluffy, if not too persistent, off-white head. Aroma is not strong, but invites with malty and fruity notes. Malty flavor has a strong woody hoppy note and a fruity undertone, just a little sweetness. Smooth texture has average thickness and little fizz. For a gluten free beer, not too bad.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2017 cerveja deliciosa.

Smelled wheat followed by honey and barley. Poured a amber color with frothy off-white head. Less flavor than the smell. Got caramel, toffee, lemon, and honey. Light body. Thin texture. Lively carbonation. Dry, citrusy finish

25-AUG-2017, bottle @home, present from August, thx. :-) Pale golden with a lasting, White head. Aroma is hops and spice. Taste the same. Malty, toasted. Hops are not very characteristic. A Little citrus and spice. Metallic. Medium body, OK.

Let perlende i glasset. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 35,5cl. Pours warm golden, towards amber with medium, settles one-finger off-white head. Malty, fruity aroma. Floral and caramel. Light bready with more sweetish aroma and flavour as it warms. Flavour caramel, fruity malty with light, subtle toffee and biscuit in the middle. Perhaps, sadly a little dry, cardboard towards the end. Not very hoppy. Quite okay alright. Not quite as cardboardy as other glutenfree’s out there.

12 oz. bottle pours a slightly hazy golden/amber with moderate off-white head and slight lacing. Aroma is not strong, but has bready malts, floral hops, and something like cardboard. Taste is bitter but not bitter enough to make me notice. Body is light to medium with a creamy mouthfeel and not much carbonation. I have no reason to try this one again.

Bottle. 5.8%. Best before 04.10.17. Pours a slightly hazy golden/amber, with an off-white/yellowish head. Good lacing. Sweetish, floral, citrusy and spicy hop aroma with a light malt note in the background and a hint of a cardboard overtone. Orange peel? as it warms. Flavour is fruity hops on a malty background. Hint of cardboard. Light metallic note as it warms. Mild to medium bitter finish, lingering, along with a grassy hop note followed by an apple note. Light milky note as it warms. Overall okay; while it does have some hints of it, it’s nowhere near as ’cardboardy’ as other gluten free beers I’ve tried. 13.06.17.
