14th May 2015: 12oz bottle into a La Chouffe badged stemmed tulip. Hazy amber pour, full, deep, white blanket of foam for a head. Hop lead in both the aroma and taste, bitter, yet balanced with a malt base which steadies the brew nicely. Decent stuff, gluten-free or not this is a very drinkable beer.

Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - bright amber with a thin head. Nose - toffee and light floral notes. Taste - light biscuit and tangy lime edge. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - initially I thought this was more like a bitter but it grew on me!

330ml bottle. Rocky cream head ,deep bronze . Caramel , floral hop citrus notes, if you could smell the aftereffects of removed gluten from something.. this invisible nuance is there. Flavours are the exact same ... lightly bitter . Its better and more flavourfall than I speculated.
