750ml corked bottle. Spicy Belgian yeast aroma with notes of floral hops, banana and clove. Pours cloudy golden colored with a large white head with good retention and lacing. Starts with peppery Belgian yeast, banana and clove flavors. Finishes dry with floral hops that have a slight bitterness but not too much. Good tripel.
750ml bottle 10/18/16 (Binny’s-Buffalo Grove)-42° in tulip-Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, hops, fruit, and malt. Taste of the same with a small amount of alcohol on the back end. This full bodied brew is well balanced and downright delicious. Great brew. PanMarek (462) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 28, 2016
Floral hops in the nose with some earthy and candy sweet notes. Pours cloudy pale yellow with big, white foam. The taste is a little more complex and very strong. The malt is bread and earth and the finish is bitter hops. Slightly overbalanced toward the hops aspect. Medium body, light fizz. Strong alcohol burn.
Sampled at Pittsburgh Big Pour 2015.

Strong clarity throughout the quite light brass body. Good carbonation creates a small, white head with lasting power.
Strong esters in the nose show elegant nectarine, very light peach and little/no banana. White and black pepper phenols are very moderate and tons of malt comes through. Biscuit, cracker, and brown bread with apple and strawberry-like esters emerging on the end. Nice leathery, musty cellar notes and no sign of the hops at this point. No alcohol or flaw.
Mostly engaging carbonation creates a pretty good impression of a Belgian bottle conditioning, about as good as it gets on draught. Light bread and bits and pieces of honey and dry caramel sweetness dot the palate, as big fruity esters sit on the finish, with more honey and leathery cellar notes. Has aged very gracefully. With the hops no longer apparent and the yeast really taking over, the obvious strong execution that this has been brewed with is exposed. Nice to see a Belgian Tripel without any adjuncts/American hops, etc....
Draft at Worthy Kitchen for $8.00. Hazy good laden color, lacing of head down the snifter. Aroma is rock candy, Belgian yeast, apricots, indescribable fruits. AdamChandler (5150) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - MAY 21, 2016
Flavor is a exactly as the style and aroma leads me to believe. Belgian yeast is the main character. Not overly sugary. Nice.
Draft @ worthy. Reddish brown. 1 finger tan. Smells very nice. Slightly tart and fruity with orange peel. Really nice. Candied sugar, clean yeast profile. Lots of malt ones but that faded to a juicy and sweet triple flavor. Nice.

Yeast earthy under notes along with a green hop and citrusy notes also slight banana and clove aromas come from this hazy golden brew with a nice white head. Crisp hoppy and citrusy and ready flavors with a banana flavor near the aftertaste. The aftertaste is grassy citrusy. The body is medium and very well carbonated. The warming of the 9% comes well after the aftertaste. Not a bad brew. Brigadier (3725) - Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA - FEB 27, 2016

Affordable and widely available, I have been a fan of Ommegang for a long time. This excellently executed tripel brings a bit of the New World to a very old style. The results almost make me want to grab the 2016 version when it comes out.
Aroma / Appearance - A cloudy mandarin base shimmers with a crisp thick head. Apple pie, earth, and fresh hay rise cleanly with an orange rind core. Herbal tea tickles the senses when it sneaks through.
Flavor / Palate - Orange creamsicle, honey, and fresh melon refresh the senses. A sweet balanced transition opens up over hte course of a few sips. The nicely executed release does not have the profile of a typical Belgian tripel but takes the style in a different direction. It would have been nice to try just after release for comparison’s sake.
Bottle at trailer. Chill hazed orange/golden color with ivory head. Fruity mango, tropical fruit, candi sugar, spicy yeast, pils malt aromas. Frothy light mouthfeel. Tangy citrus fruit, ommegang house yeast flavors with herbs, candi sugar, dusty maltage----nicely drying finish____tasty. edwardbass (858) - Illinois, USA - JAN 23, 2016
Dark orange-yellow, quite cloudy, big head. Aroma is sugars and dried apricots. Quite yummy considering I’m not a big-time Belgian fan. Not very sour, nice hops bitterness, I can feel the ABV a little bit, sweet orange and apricot. Quite well carbonated. Very good. Travlr (25767) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - DEC 31, 2015
Bottle. Clear golden amber color, medium white head. Aroma of lightly spiced stone fruit. Taste is slightly bready clove and summer fruit, dry finish. Tasty.
