12oz bottle. Pours a hazy straw-yellow with a white frothy head. Aroma of hops and very floral. Taste is yeasty, moderate hop, earthy and a great citrus burst. A definite summer beer with the ability to make it into my top 5 favorite summer ales.

Lightly cloudy, shimmering mustard yellow with a huge white head that starts coarse and gets fine as it collapses into itself. Slow decay. Aroma is lots of sweet lemon grass. Honey and a redwood forest on a cool evening breeze. Bread. Body is creamy and frothy, yet light and with little carbonation burn. Flavor is lemony-sweet grass and redwood forest. A spot-on match for the aroma. It goes down quick and easy. I would love to see these guys brew. What kind of protein rest/specialty malts are they using to get a body and head like this! beerandbeyond (708) - ISRAEL - AUG 21, 2013
12oz bottle poured into a tumbler glass.
Hazy deep yellow with a nice steady white head.
Spicy nose, with yeast, floral hops and citrus fruits.
Fruity flavors of grapefruit, with some tangy wheat, yeast and herbs.
Lively, light-med body, dry and refreshing. Quite cool. FlacoAlto (4176) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - AUG 21, 2013
A steady pour into my Sierra Nevada IPA glass produces a one finger thick, pale, off-white colored head. The beer is a nice gold color that shows a hazy, straw-gold hue when held up to the light. The aroma has a solid herbal / floral note and also has a yeast derived spiciness that leans towards earthy spices, clove, and perhaps a touch of coriander. Soft fruit notes of honey-dew melon, pear, and perhaps some kiwi like character are balanced by an almost woody pepper note, a musty herbal character, and a general woodiness towards the finish.rejtable (2624) - Ontario, CANADA - AUG 19, 2013
This has a spritzy carbonation to it, and is quite light bodied and refreshing on this hot summer’s day. There is a soft Meyer lemon zest character and hint of tartness up front, while an herbal and spicy character lingers throughout the palate. A soft, chewy grain character adds a nice, noticeable backbone to the flavor; it contributes notes of saltine crackers, straw like grain, and, along with the hops, a dried floral character that has lots of wildflower spiciness and grassy character to it. The grain character contributes a soft chewy sweetness that accentuates a green, ripe, fruit character that suggests at pears and melons perhaps.
This is quite nice and easy drinking, I love the mix of herbal / lemony hops, the pale grain character and the characterful yeast character. Once again I find I am a sucker for beers that are nicely hoppy, and not so high in alcohol, that it gets in the way of the dance of malt, hop, and yeast character. In the end this is far more tasty than I was expecting.
Tap at Pony Bar 10th ave. Pours light cloudy straw with medium head and lacing. Nose is yeasty. Notes of dough, some lemon with a nice peppery finish. Light slighly creamy body with lively zip carbonation. Tastes were light sweet and light bitter from a grassy hop bite. Nice beer.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks zvikar. Hazy yellow with a big frothy white head. Floral aroma, spicy, yeasty and kinda soapy. Spicy and yeasty flavor, a bit soapy, with a bitter note. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation. I’ve had better from Ommegang. 3fourths (9331) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 15, 2013
UPDATED: OCT 18, 2016 Bottle. Lightly hazed gold body with a tall white head. Lemon oil and pith and pineapple rind esters and phenols with floral dish soap and brett-like must / BO. Some dried pineapple develops with time and it gets more phenolic and "peppery" and grassy and vegetal. More lemon and flowers in the mouth. Nicely bitterness, some tartness, medium sweetness, well balanced, natural carbonation, some graininess to the malt. Pretty enjoyable, quenching and fun to smell. mansquito (6334) - Nueva York, New York, USA - AUG 13, 2013
Cityfresh Associated Supermarket, Bushwick growler ($10): Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast, flowers, frutiness, and a bit of spice. Taste is sweet, but sufficiently hoppy. Aftertaste of yeast and hops linger on into the aftertaste. This is a really well done Belgian ale. pete4999 (1445) - Buffalo, New York, USA - AUG 12, 2013
Bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow with foamy white head. Actually had to wait to finish pouring the entire bottle, very bubbly. Floral aroma, maybe some citrus. Lots of yeasties in the bottom of the glass. Very sweet taste...not too big on the hops. Definitely has the Belgian yeast in it. Enjoyable and easy to drink.
