UPDATED: JAN 12, 2018 Bottle. Light to moderate grain for the malt, moderate perfume and pine for the hops, light soap for the yeast, with passion fruit in the background. Head is large, frothy, white, with fair lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is murky light yellow, with some bits and pieces on the bottom. Flavor starts moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and slightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation. A little tart for a Belgian Wit, but the mix of flavors is a hit.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thick, slowly collapsing, white head, with slight lacing, over a hazy, particle laden pale yellow (SRM 2) body.......nose is multiple fruits, wheat, light hop spice, slight grass......taste is multiple light fruit tones, wheat, grass and slight dank tones from the hops finishing with mild bitterness.......mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, moderate carbonation. The dry hop tones are the only mild flaw, being slightly stronger in this bottle than the multiple added fruits. The multiple particles raise the question of poor prior storage. BJCP 8/2/13/4/5

From a 12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a thick white head. Aromas are fruity with strong Belgian-style yeast. Flavors are mildly sweet and light bitter. Smooth and delicious beer.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy pale gold color. Large rocky white head. Interesting, fruity, spicy nose. Tart, passion fruit malty flavor. Sour fruit in middle, notes of kiwi and citrus. Slightly dry, bitter hop finish. Hops seem a bit misplaced.

bottle. golden with one finger head. wow, a wide variety of opinions on this one. there really wasn't anything i didn't like about this. lightly tart passion fruit over a solid wit. some mild hops in the finish. perhaps not as traditional as some might like, but the flavors here were solid and worked well for me.
