Collaboration with HBO for the Game of Thrones series.

Blonde ale with malty sweetness and a touch of fruity spiciness, Noble Hops aromas and notes of citrus. Suitable to serve to kings, or pretenders to the iron throne.

Pour slowly so as to not disturb the yeast sediment, but with enough vigor to create a luxurious head and release the rich bouquet.

Clear golden color with a thick white head. Aroma is hay with mild banana. Flavor is very delicate, like a very dry white wine with a decent yeast presence. Clean, crisp with a light sweetness in the finish. Wife: 4.25

Pours honey gold with white frothy head; spicy floral aromas; crisp mouth feel with an off-dry finish.

750 ml bottle bought at Brandon’s package liquor store Peachtree City. Golden yellow with a big frothy head! aromas of spices, yellow fruits and grainy. very high grain presence in the taste, a little sour and a little sweet and a little tart. Aftertaste of spices and slightly hoppy. All of that accompanied by a great yeast character of bread phenols to smoothen the overall taste.. Just how I like it. Totally my type of beer! Drank it while I sat through the new episode 1 of season 7 and I enjoyed it a lot At first I thought it would be a gimmick beer with nothing special... Glad I was wrong!

November 29, 2013 - with blankboy, gregclow, jercraigs & mabel - 750ml corked&caged bottle. Hazy gold with a solid lasting frothy white head. Smells more like a saison, but has the yeasty/spicy/sweet Belgian Golden character too - floral and lightly funky. Taste is like a soft tripel - pear sweetness, less floral bitterness, still plenty of spicy Belgian yeast character - modest alcohol. Average body, airy, increase floral notes in the finish and less sweet in the linger.

750ml bottle. Pretty much nails it for the style. Very authentic flavor profile and mouthfeel. On the lighter, perfect side of full bodied. Excellent doughy malt tones, champagne effervescence. Its not so different than a classic Belgian Ale...that’s why I love it.

Hazy golden color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of yeast/funk, floral, some fruit, & spice; Flavor of malt, yeast, hops, citrus, some clove, and spice; Crisp dry finish; Nicely balanced; Solid.

Mep3222 (1708) - East Greenbush, New York, USA - FEB 12, 2017
Aroma is a banana nutty Belgian yeasty up front with almost a lager funk finish. Taste is like a malty lager with some Belgian yeasty qualities. Dry finish. Not a ton going on with this one, and not a beer that needs to be in a 750ml corked bottle. Drinkable and fine, but really a letdown for an ommegang beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750ml bottle: This one pours a clear, darker yellow color. There is a huge white head on it that leaves some lacing. It has a good nose. Some yeast, banana, clove and other faint spices. The taste is good. Some banana, citrus, spices, clove and earthiness. Nice.

Growler Guys, Seattle. Heavy yellow orange juicy pour. Seemed a lot of head as they poured, but they just left me with a full glass. Touch of waxy base, creamy sweet alcohol note and rosy ester. A bit of orange pulp with the banana note. A bit heavy and one note on its own, but I bet this can be paired wonderfully with food. Sparking carb, juicy Belgian yeast note. Solid.

PhillyCraft (8201) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 11, 2016
Backlog, Bottle from Cooks, Pours a hazy blonde gold shade with an average to larger sized top and nice lacing on the glass. Smell and flavor are green pepper, grain, lemon zest, dark fruit, and strong spices. Was a bit too much and unbalanced with the spicing. Some banana and pear as it warms. Medium bodied. Not my favorite but its not awful either

bergstaden (3332) - Røros, NORWAY - OCT 15, 2016
Golden with a white head - Malt with spicy yeasty aroma - Malt body with spicy yeasty flavours - The spicy yeast goes into the finish - This was nice
