750 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a large, lasting fluffy white head. The aroma has fruity esters, mild lemon zest, herbal notes, some malty sweetness and Belgian like yeast. The flavor has moderate sweetness, some fruity notes, yeast, mild herbal notes, light noble hops, with some lemony citrus zest. Fairly clean, but not very exciting. 750 cc from Capone’s and Craft Ale House. Pours turbid dark straw..pretty deep golden with 1-finger frothy white head and a lot of carbonation. Nose is floral yeasty spice, white pepper, limey citrus, noble hops. Tastes dry, floral, spicy, with hopcitrus, more dry floral fruity yeasty notes as it warms, and a lot of complexity. This is one of my favorite Ommegang beers. jercraigs (11166) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 26, 2013
2013-11-29. Hazy dark yellow body with a nice foamy white head. Aroma has mild musty overtones and pale malt. Flavour is lightly tart, with mild lemony touches, mild pale malt core. Average bodied palate, soft carbonation. Bottle from the LCBO, Toronto onceblind (11147) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 25, 2013
Slightly hazy golden with an overly large rocky head that takes a while to settle. Aroma was a little on the biscuity side with a touch of lemonpepper and tropical guava. Flavor is nice and crisp with a tart sweet tropical beginning, followed by a dry and peppery finish. Nice calm and mellow-ly tart guava (grains of paradise) tones start the flavor, with a little bit of a lemon maltiness (no tartness or sourness, barely even bitter), then theres a little peppery yeast dryness that’s smooth untill the end of the flavor, where it gets slightly biscuity and really dry. Slight lemon aftertaste. Pretty nice. phaleslu (10992) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 18, 2013
750 ml bottle from BlackIPA- thanks again, Shawn! Pours a hazy gold with a medium-to-large fizzy white head. Aroma of bready malts, mellow spice (coriander, white pepper), citrus, apricot, grass, and straw. Flavor of lemon, apricot, sweet and bready malts, husky grains, straw, and lemongrass. Light-medium bodied, with a dry, bready, citrusy mouthfeel. Excellent blonde ale.

Big bottle shared with the table during our dinner at Publican in Chicago. Hazy golden body with a generous bubbly white head. Lovely fruity tart profile here, guava and light lemon, nice clean biscuity malts. Very refreshing, and paired very well with our heavy charcuterie meal. Bottle from LCBO. Pale golden pour with a thick white head - a slight yeasty haze. The aroma is lovely. Softly bready notes with a touch of light apricot, pear and lemon citrus. There is a very slight muskiness on the aroma initially with a touch of light vanillla as well. Moussey palate with a little bit of wheaty spice and a touch of light kiwi/gooseberry. Bright and lovely with a touch of light bitterness. Hops are perceptible - adding a little bit of light citrus and some herbal character as well. I really enjoy the balance of malt character with some minty/spicy yeast character. Lovely brew. blipp (10115) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAY 31, 2013
Bottle at the 4k/5k/10k tasting. Pours gold with a white head. Light fruity yeasty, hints of peach, some light sweetness, and lighter flowery hops. Solid and certainly drinkable. mabel (10011) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 11, 2014

750mL thanks to noodleuser. Pours a cloudy golden. Medium white foam with good lacing. Nose is phenolic, heavy diaper plastic, fresh apricot. Still a tad overboard on the toilet cleaner nose. Taste is heavy carbonation up front, mild diaper, yellow apple, dusty yeast, some mint. Decent.
