Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, herbs, moderate yeasty, overriped fruit. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, overriped fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Slightly hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Flavour is fruity, floral, honey, nectar and some rather sweet notes. Mild spicy and alcoholic notes as well. Pleasant.
Bottle. Murky yellow color. Aroma of wheat sheafs. Taste is sour lemon pepper. Pretty tasty.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy golden. Fruity nose with evident butter, hay and alcohol. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Buttery with pear-like esters, some hay-like, resiny hops, menthe candy and calvados. Peppery finish with some resin and rather extreme alcohol heat. Dean Swift - RBESG Tasting. Hazy gold beer. Little white head. Light crisp palate, dry. Sweetish malt. Minerals. Trace of dried fruits. Dry frothy finish. Pinch of herbs and spices. A tad too dry but ok.
Bottle at RBESG 2011 Grand Tasting at The Dean Swift, London. Pours a clearish, shiney gold with a sturdy, white head. Yeast, candi sugar, dough aroma. Sweet flavor, slight booze, doughy yeast, light bubblegum, light hay. Full bodied with lively carbonation. Warm finish, slight bitterness, candi sugar, big dough. Very sweet and strong. Bottle @ RBESG 2011 Grand Tasting at Dean Swift. Peachy belgian estery beer. Some psicy hop on finish. It’s ok. Bit strong. INtense. Entertaining though.
