S: Pineapple, Oranges, Belgian Yeast
T: Tropical Fruit, Belgian Yeast, Mildly Citrus, Mild Belgian Sugar
M: Decent Carbonation, Medium Bodied, Semi Yeasty, Mildly Sweet
Overall, a very unique nose and flavor, great pineapple up front then starts to mellow into a yeasty finish. Beerenberger (1605) - Fischer, Texas, USA - SEP 26, 2013
Aroma of Belgina yeast, citrus, flowers, and even hints of banana. Pours a slightly hazy light yellow with a mostly lasting white head and rings of lacing. The taste is floral, yet overall bitter in nature. Floral notes up front with some Belgian yeast, citrus and hints of caramel in the middle, with a bready, yet dry hoppy finish. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, I liked this beer. Varied tastes with a pleasing dry finish…what’s not to like? jkwalking05 (4745) - Arlington, Texas, USA - SEP 25, 2013

Taste of hops, yeast, citrus, grass, orange, and dryness. This light to medium bodied brew is well balanced and quite tasty. Nice brew.

Bright gold, some citrus fruity taste, hints of grass. Light body mild carbonation. Good on hot day. Decent for ommegang but mild. drjay44 (3827) - Salida, Colorado, USA - MAY 16, 2013
750 ml. corked and caged bottle. ABV 7.4% per the label. Pours a thick, tiny bubbled, well retained white head, with extensive lacing, over a hazy gold (SRM 5) body.....nose is light Pils malts, with hints of lemon, pear, heavier resin.....taste is light malts with hints of lemon, pear, finishing with a lingering peppery bitterness....mouth feel light of medium, slightly astringent, alcohol hidden, carbonation adds light spritz. This is a nicely balanced, pleasantly complex beer in both aroma and flavor, with a clean refreshing bitter finish. Unfortunately, it really does not meet the Blonde Ale style. It is hazy probably from dry hopping, when it should be clear. Also, and this was intentional by the brewers, it has way too much hop character. However, I think it is a well done experiment. Bright golden color with a rocky off white head. Nice earthy, dry spice, dry hay, dusty pale malt aromas. Frothy light mouthfeel. Dry spicy hop, light fruit flavors with a dusty pale malt base; dry clean finish--very tasty. HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - FEB 23, 2013
750 ml bottle. Pours a rich golden color with a thick white head. Aroma of bright, grassy hops, fruity yeast, and fresh baked bread. Some melon, some apricot, touches of banana. Flavor is light, mildly bitter, mild honey bread sweetness. Medium bodied, fluffy cloud-like mouthfeel. Finishes a touch bitter in the finish. This is a nice little golden.
