Hazy amber beer, tidy off white head. Palate starts soft and airy but turns minerally crisp. Thin creamy malt, thin Belgian yeast. Banana ester. Trace of dried fruits. Yeasty aftertaste. Okay.
Big bottle. Deep golden color with a bit of haze, medium white head. Aroma of yeasty dough still rising. Starts off with malt, then a bit our sourness toward the middle, and a hint of nutmeg late. Slight bitterness and more spice in the finish. Nicely complex.
