COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rare Vos is Flemish for "Sly Fox," and the name of one of Brussels’ great cafes. It has a sweetly fruity malt character and yeasty spiciness. A fine dose of yeast permits the beer to mature and mellow in the bottle.

Great aroma. Nice Belgium style beer. Not as good however than the elite Belgium beers. Entry level in my option

[email protected], from Beer Republic. Medium/light earthy nuances of dark and red berries, some malts and caramel and a hint of yeast. Medium taste spectrum and medium aftertaste with malts and some berries. Averagely balanced. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, nice earthy notes for the style, but lacks taste and funky feeling.

A spicy yeast aroma. The body is a hazy golden amber. The head is overwhelming and takes awhile simmer down. Pleasantly tart and bready. A mild sweetness leads to a finish on the dry side.

An orange-brown beer with a quite big and blond head. Aroma has generic fruitness from belgian yeast, spicyness, earthy sourness, hint of caramel malts. Taste has fruitness, strong spicyness, some caramel. Medium bodied, smooth carbonation. Balanced and tasteful.
