Pours a hazy orange color with a finger of white head. Interesting nose. Very spicy and fruity. Banana, citrus peel, floral hops, and lots of sweet bread. Tons of lemon peel, too. The flavor is sweet and heavy on the rye. Lots of spicy and citrus peel hops, some floral hops, and a mild bitterness. A hint of grass, very creamy mouthfeel and flavor, and some orange.

bhensonb (15621) - Woodland, California, USA - NOV 14, 2012
Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy copper with a 3 finger fizzy/creamy off-white head. Aroma (through all that head) is lightly spicy. Might be from rye. Full bodied. Foamy carbonation. The flavor is very Belgian. Definitely earthy with rye. Dry, almost astringent. Hop is decent - but whether it’s rye bitter or hop bitter? Very, very tasty.
