UPDATED: FEB 18, 2017 Pours a deep amber to black with a tight khaki head. Aromas of malt and chocolate. Taste the same with a little sweetness from the malt and a hop bitterness in the finish. 22 bomber to tulip. Pours black, brown rocky head. Aroma of baking cocoa, black malts, slight coffee and raisin. Taste of same. Finish is smooth...mostly dark chocolate, dark fruit and coffee.

I poured it from the bottle into a glass. It pours black with a tan head and lacing. The aroma is dark fruit, chocolate, and coffee. The taste is chocolate, licorice, and dark fruit. On tap at MacGregor’s with Joe. Poured a clear dark brown color with an small tan head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy roasted chocolate, coffee aroma. Medium toasted chocolate malt sweet flavor with a medium dark sweet finish of moderate duration. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Enjoyable!
