A hazy brown beer with a light brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of nuts, prunes, alcohol, and wood. The flavor is dry woody with notes of prunes and plums before a very hoppy and malt dry end sets in. A wonderful flavor. joergen (29994) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 5, 2006

Bottled. Muddy dark brown. Cherry liqueur aroma. Intensely roasty with lively mouthfeel. Notes of berries and coffee - this is chocolate covered strawberries with champagne! Oaky bière de garde-like lively finish. A complex and very interesting beer.
