Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, chocolate, cake, cream, maple syrup. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dark malt, cake, maple, maple syrup, cream, chocolate. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light moderate alcoholic.

Lots of cake sweetness and fresh fruit in aroma. Taste is red fruit sourness countered by maple and cake. Cake comes kicking in really nice, also in aftertaste. Sticky palate and full bodied. Very well balanced. Molasses, chocolate and more maple. Aftertaste has a warm boozy feeling. Topnotch!
Poured deep, deep brown with a small dark tan head. Aroma of the sweet maple, dark fruit. Full body, flavour is sweet, dry, fruiit, dark chocolate. Aftertaste is a lingering sweetness.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. Cheers! It pours opaque jet black with a deep dark tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, intense, sweet, blueberry cobbler, maple syrup, coffee, vanilla and chocolate cake. The taste is slick, rich, oily, heavy sweetness, dark roasted malt, intense, liqourice, blueberry, fruit pie, toffee, loads of maple syrup, fudge, vanilla and some warming alcohol with a chewy and sweet finish. Keg @ECBF (The Biscuit Factory) 2017. Pours black tan head. Nose is dark chocolate truffles, maple syrup, toffee, caramel and berry fruits.
