Congratulations, you have just managed to get your hands on Russian Roulette - a rare kind of collaboration between Evil Twin Brewing (Denmark) and OMNIPOLLO (Sweden).

This beer would best be described as an IPA with a twist. A twist that will reveal itself first after you "bust some caps".

One thing remains sure however, if you like hops and the lush texture of a well crafted beer this will have you smiling as you face your destiny.

Good luck,
Jeppe (Evil Twin Brewing) and Henok (OMNIPOLLO)

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a white head. The aroma has peaches, grapefruit, green pine cones and some pale malts. It’s bitter on the palate, with flavors of pale malts, grapefruit and pine cones. Medium to full body, quite soft carbonation. Lasting bitter finish. Overall, this beer feels a bit harsh, maybe a little bit less bitterness would have done good, but as you can see from my rating, it’s a nice beer anyway. 121116

Very cloudy orange color with an off-white head. Aroma of resin hops. Taste has some citrus and resin hops and the palate finishes sticky and with a slight amount of caramel hops. Overall the beer is fair, not rushing back to try this one again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is citrus, tropical fruit, malts and a hint of sugar. The flavor is grapefruit, citrus, a low undercurrent of malts, hop resin, relatively thick and a bitter/slightly tangy finish.

Countbeer (6599) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - AUG 3, 2013
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Thanks Papsø: Medium sized white foamy head on top of a hazy yellow orange colored beer. Aromas of hops, soap, hay, grains, cleaner, malts, hint of oat and a hint of plastic. Flavours of bitters, hops, grapefruit, floral, yeast, herbs and sone spices. Good bitter, less ipa. Aftertaste is lingering bitter, floral, herbs, some hop tones, grapefruit. Low carbo, soft creamy watery mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a creamy texture. Expected more of this, specially after the BIPA... Great label though...

Palme (4823) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 15, 2013
0.5l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. This is a blurry almost pale golden one, lots of particles floating about in the glass and a small quickly side sticking just off-white head. Some thin citrus on the aroma. It feels a bit mellow almost. Could be the fact that the bottle is almost a year old now... Lightly peachy with some sweet carrots and something light grassy. Fair enough. It’s really grass-bitter on the taste! Lots of citrus zest bitterness also. The carbonation is average and the mouthfeel is thin oily. Feels a bit to bitter and almost unbalanced. Also lacking the fruitiness I had hoped for, but it’s not bad tasting in any way what so ever. 31.03.2013

500ml bottle. This beer was a gusher when opened, lost 1/3 of the bottle. Pours a hazy gold color with one finger frothy white head. Aroma of citrus hops, grapefruit, and a hint of sweet malt. Flavor is dry piney and citrus hops, citrus juice, and slight malt.

Uploading old ratings that were missing comments. Got the IPA version. Supper hoppy dominated by pine and citrus. Great full mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
