Congratulations, you have just managed to get your hands on Russian Roulette - a rare kind of collaboration between Evil Twin Brewing (Denmark) and OMNIPOLLO (Sweden).

This beer would best be described as an IPA with a twist. A twist that will reveal itself first after you "bust some caps".

One thing remains sure however, if you like hops and the lush texture of a well crafted beer this will have you smiling as you face your destiny.

Good luck,
Jeppe (Evil Twin Brewing) and Henok (OMNIPOLLO)

Pours slightly hazy golden color with a minimal head. Aroma of exotic fruits, grass, lots of hops, sweetish caramel and toffee notes. Flavor of grassy hops, fruits, some caramel malts, goose berries and mild lemony notes. Bitter and somewhat sweetish oily texture. Quite nice.

Aroma is rather fruity with apricot. Flavour is hoppy with resiny notes, gooseberry bush and apricot. A bit foamy palate. The hops keep lingering and lingering in the aftertaste and beyond that. Refreshing and good.

500 ml bottle. BB 2014. (Kihoskh) Copenhagen, Denmark.
Hazy yellow golden colour with small creamy white head. Aroma is perfect. Fruits, urinal and resin hops. Bitterness. Perfect I said. Flavour is just a notch too dense. Deep resiny hoppy bitter flavour. Earthy notes. Farmhouses there too. Flavour isnt that balanced.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of jcnielsen. Thanks Jetson! Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a nice, fluffy, off white head. Lemon, lemongrass, a bit tangy, straw aroma. Refreshing, a bit chewy yeasty, lemon meringue, somewhat bready, hay, somewhat floral hoppy flavor with a mildly bitter, lemon finish. Quite easy to drink and Im sure it would have even been a bit better fresh.

Location: Bottle from State Line, 10/25/12

Aroma: It has a nice fresh hop nose of grapefruit, peach, pine, grass, and resin
Appearance: It pours a dark gold-orange color with a thick foamy white head and heavy lace
Flavor: Tastes more bitter and less fruity then the nose, with a light sweetness and a fairly heavy bitterness
Palate: Medium-plus bodied, feels fairly sticky and a little creamy, with a soft carbonation, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: I actually quite enjoyed this one. This is my first beer from Omnipollo, and Im glad to have tried it. It was quite a tasty IPA, with a really nice hop presence and some nice citrus undertone. Certainly worth trying.

Pours a cloudy gold with a decent white head. Aroma is underwhelming, kinda fruity, faint caramel malt in the background, floral piney hops. Taste is floral hops, some citrus a bit of sweet malt, and then it finishes with a very long lingering bitter finish, it really hangs around on the palate for quite some time, bitter grapefruit and a bit of resin and pine, dry. Would really like to find the black ipa version if I can. Decent but not worth the 10 bucks I paid for it.

Pours a cloudy yellow look with average white head. Aroma full of hops, citrus, pine, grass and grapefruit. Fruity taste, yet malty. Refreshing, spiced and very bitter. Full body, oily feel, soft carbonation ans a nice long bitter after taste. Gooood.
