Congratulations, you have just managed to get your hands on Russian Roulette - a rare kind of collaboration between Evil Twin Brewing (Denmark) and OMNIPOLLO (Sweden).

This beer would best be described as an IPA with a twist. A twist that will reveal itself first after you "bust some caps".

One thing remains sure however, if you like hops and the lush texture of a well crafted beer this will have you smiling as you face your destiny.

Good luck,
Jeppe (Evil Twin Brewing) and Henok (OMNIPOLLO)

50cl (Omnipollo version), new exclusive Swedish collab. brew Anno 2012, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex bitter brew, bitter/fruity and slightly malty/woody, very bitter, yet balanced, hazy dark golden blond, good head, good brew, yet expensive, but original concept!

marcus (10680) - Sacramento, California, USA - AUG 6, 2012
Bottle from Beer Revolution. Pours cloudy golden with an attractive white head and a citrus aroma. There is a robust caramel malt flavor with significant hop bitterness and a dry chalky finish that remains on the palate.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Looks like a wit. Pours hazy light gold/creamy white head. Aroma of mixed pine and celery. Med body. Flavor is fruit over mild caramel. Possibly some herb. Nicely bitter. Very fresh. Good beer.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of floral hops, soap, some herbal notes, Belgian yeast, and hay. Flavour is very Belgian-esque, with lots of yeast, very dry floral hops, some feint horse blanket and hay-like malts. Very dry and Belgiany, executed very well. Leaves a very dry and very bitter aftertaste. Great, highly quaffable IPA.

deyholla (12282) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 30, 2012
Bottle. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some pine hops that are joined by grapefruit and a bit of a musty grain backing. Flavor is much more dank with pine and grapefruit with a light grain backbone.

4.2

Bomber from Blue Dog, and I made sure to light check this one as I had already rated the black version. The pour was chill hazy morning urine yellow with 2-finger frothy white head that clang and laced well. Nose is great; huge hops, black pepper, florals, pineapple, orange marmalade, honey, tangerine. Tastes semi-dry, very floral, peppery, with a lot of pineapple, black pepper, mango, and a complex finish and overall palate. This one is great, but be cautioned that the finish is super bitter and IBU-laden, which is a good thing to me.
