Congratulations, you have just managed to get your hands on Russian Roulette - a rare kind of collaboration between Evil Twin Brewing (Denmark) and OMNIPOLLO (Sweden).

This beer would best be described as an IPA with a twist. A twist that will reveal itself first after you "bust some caps".

One thing remains sure however, if you like hops and the lush texture of a well crafted beer this will have you smiling as you face your destiny.

Good luck,
Jeppe (Evil Twin Brewing) and Henok (OMNIPOLLO)

Yorker (2032) - Holstebro, DENMARK - APR 19, 2012
50 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy yellow with a little sediment and a huge white head that fades pretty quickly. Aroma is very hoppy with plenty of pine, grass and citrus. Taste is more of the same with a fairly bitter finish.

TheJestersBeer (2430) - SWEDEN - APR 16, 2012
500ml bottle. Pours a medium straw, white head. Very hoppy, piney aroma, grapefruit, spruce, herbs, malt, citrus peel, lime, passion fruit, mango. Off-dry, medium body, high bitterness, balanced CO2. Very hoppy, astringent taste, loads of pine resin and spruce, grapefruit peel, mango, passionfruit. The malt is nowhere near balancing the bitterness, it all finishes very dry and tart, with lingering ashy note. (2012-04-15)

lusikka (7819) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 14, 2012
500 ml bottle.
Pours a beautiful hazy yellow colour with a white head. Aroma of strong citrusy hops, grapefruit and pine. Heavy flavour of very bitter floral hops, lemon, grapefruit, sweet apricot and caramel. Full bodied and overall very strong but also mellow flavour. Gets more aggressive towards the end with a big, dry, crispy bitter finish. Long lingering bitterness, which fades in 10-15 minutes. Yum yum, this is a perfect treat for a hop head.

(Bottle, 0.5 l, at Oluttupa Viisi Penniä, 20120412) The beer poured golden and a bit hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citricness, pine and fruitiness. Flavours were hops, fruitiness, pine, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter. Well balanced IPA with a bit too much alcohol.

sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 12, 2012
(Bottled) Hazy pale yellow with a smallish, but lasting, frothy and lacy head. Aroma is crisp and lemony with a piney twist. Flavor is crisply lemony-hoppy and quite bitter, with a long, bitter and dryish finish. Medium body, soft CO2. A nice IPA for its class, but of course I’d prefer more fruitiness. 3735

flavio_b (277) - ROME, ITALY - APR 8, 2012
On bottle @Domus Birrae. Very bitter and hoppy with a long bitter finish. Golden cloudy colour, with a flat white head. This beer seemed very good to me. Actually as an IPA lover, I like the strong hop taste of this beer. Very good.

NosirIwont (2573) - Husum, DENMARK - APR 5, 2012
Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a big, creamy off-white head. Good lacing. Sweet and slightly tart grape fruit aroma – very nice! Flavour is sweet, fat grape fruit hops with malt in the background. Dry, bitter hoppy finish with a lingering grassy note. Overall not very complex, but really well-made, and those grape fruit notes are just the bomb. 05.04.12.

jesperhammer (4874) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 2, 2012
17-MAR-2012, bottle @home, from "Ølbutikken". Unclear golden with white head. Extremely hoppy with grape fruit and flowers. Very citric. Long bitter and fresh. West coast type IPA. Very fine.

YanniVampiro (9) - Leonforte, ITALY - MAR 31, 2012 does not count
This pale version ROCKS. Very peculiar, personal imprint from the Danish brewery to IPAs, extremely marked with an explicit will to kill (with hops), it pours of a rarely bright golden - nose is totally rich with citrus and tropical tuttifrutti, the malting provides a substantious yet lively body.

yespr (47063) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 31, 2012
50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity to peachy hoppy. Bitter, fruity, peachy and grapefruity. Smooth fruity, bone dry hoppy. Ends lasting bone dry hoppy and fruity hoppy.
