COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With yeast and hops in our trunks we teamed up outside Barcelona (Catalunya) to brew this beer containing; an array or specialty malts, rye, moscovado sugar, hops and a hand full of Spanish cranberries (literally a hand full so don’t expect a fruit beer). Layered yet fresh, we sincerely hope that this beer will embody the passion, enthusiasm and hard work that went into making it.

Salud!

Javier, Sami, Ramon (Nómada Brewing), Jordi (CCM) Karl and Henok (Omnipollo)

Bov (13284) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JUN 1, 2014
from Erzbierschof - cloudy dark amber-brown beer under a solid creamy beige foam; nice lacework; malty and biscuity, pretty toasted and with notes of caramel; notes of oranges too; full-bodied, earthy and hugely bitter; dry and long lasting malty and biscuity finish; spicy - powerful

33cl bottle. Huge malt aromam amber waves of grain and some waxy cranberry but it is minute. Flavor is intensely malty, sweet, griany, some melon. Not really my fav but not a bad beer overall.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig, blumig, Gewürze. Geschmack malzig fruchtig, hopfig, würzig.

0.33 l bottle at Timo A’s. Hazy reddish brown color. Sweet toffeish and bready aroma with raisiny and floral notes. Bittersweet toffeish, toasty, nutty and caramelly flavor with burnt caramel, floral cascade. Full body, a bit gassy palate. Drying bitterness and hop tannins in finish. Rich taste, hops and dark malts in good balance.

Amber pour, off white head. Kind of sweet up front, honey, caramel malt and very light hops.

Bottle from Nick... Thanks! Straight gusher. Huge head, red amber pour. Smell is molasses, and that’s it. Taste is malt, molasses. Easier to drink than the aroma suggests. Sticky.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Quite a simple one with a bit grass in the front and some skunk in the end. Dull moments but in the end a nice quality beer.

McTapps (6976) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - OCT 9, 2013
Pours out of the bottle in a cloudy orange-amber colour with steady low head and medium body. Aroma of mild yeast and hops. Taste of dusty hops, light yeast, light malt, citrus and straw. Light hints of caramel. Carbonation is quite high. The taste was alright, just the whole drink experience was little bit too boring and dull. Average.

Bottle. Deep caramel colored pour. Big rich aroma of caramel maltiness, rich toffee, light leather notes. Baby barley wine. Mission accomplished imperial red ale
