(Bottle) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with big, frothy white head. Fruity, sourish nose with grapefruit, lemon, green grapes, cellar, white wine (Chardonnay) and fresh hints of brett. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of grapefruit, earthy yeast, hay, white wine, oak and a slightly sourish finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Interesting and quite tasty, with generous flavours of brett and white wine. Nice one. koleminer20 (3976) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - AUG 9, 2016
Shared at an Ann Arbor get together at Jeff’s on July 20. 330 mL bottle. The pour is a lightly foggy bright golden color with a thick off white head and a little bit of lace. I think we were getting into the dregs when I got to pour this one. The aroma is very fruity. There are a lot of tropical fruits, a distinct spiciness, and a good grape mustiness. There is a little bit of hay and dry barnyard happening. The flavor is a little better. There is a nice wine barrel right up front. The saison spiciness and dry grassiness really blend well together and there is a nice dry finish. The mouth feel is light and crisp with a nice carbonation and a lingeringly dry winey finish. This one is a pretty good kick off to the night! Inbreak (6521) - Loddefjord, NORWAY - MAR 22, 2016

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish citrusy, citrus peel, hay, sorrel, citrus, flowers, sour apples, grass, hints of tropical fruits. Taste is slightly dry fruity, hay, citrus peel, flowers, oak, grass, sorrel, hints of tropical fruits. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Nice enough.
A saison with some extra hops. Maybe blasphemic to some, but interesting anyhow. TychoJames (1447) - rebro, SWEDEN - AUG 30, 2015
Flaska systembolaget. Gyllengul kulör med blommig lätt stallig doft. Fruktsyrlig och spritsig doft med färskt gräs och lite äpplekart. Fin fatkänsla i gommen.

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 3/6/2019. Pours hazy golden orange color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of big grapefruit, lemon peel, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, pear, apple, white wine, oak, peppercorn, honey, cracker, herbal, hay, grass, musty funk, and yeast/oaky earthiness. Fantastic aromas with great complexity and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, wine barrel, and pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, lemon peel, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, pear, apple, white wine, oak, peppercorn, honey, cracker, herbal, hay, grass, musty funk, and yeast/oak earthiness. Good amount of earthy/peppery yeast spice and light tangy/tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, lemon peel, pineapple, mango, white wine, oak, peppercorn, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Light-moderate dryness after the finish. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, wine barrel, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, fairly crisp, and lightly acidic mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an awesome wine barrel brett saison. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, wine, barrel, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A highly enjoyable offering. deyholla (12201) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 30, 2015
Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a combination of flora, wine and a bit of funk with a bit of sweet grain underlying. Flavor has a dry wine note up front with a good amount of sweet grains and a bit of flora. edwardbass (859) - Illinois, USA - JUN 20, 2015
Mine must be old. It’s very, very sour, with a hint of dried cherry, only a hint, and a metallic note. Oh well, it happens every once in a while. cubs (10714) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - FEB 25, 2015
Bottle @ home, thanks to Lukaduke for sending! Served with five gummy bears. Slightly hazy, bright yellow orange appearance with a medium sized, cream colored head. The aroma is spicy and brett forward with a bit of plastic, a fair amount of tropical fruit, and white wine. Pretty damn dry. A little more of a plastic taste in the mouth. Mangoes, pineapples, and oranges in the flavor. A hint of tartness. Overall, pretty enjoyable though the brett strain they used tastes like plastic. mysland (180) - GERMANY - FEB 1, 2015
Hazy yellow, big white head. Fresh, sour, citrusy, grapfruit aroma. Tart, sour, fresh, grapfruit, lemon, citrusy, brett. Light malty body.
