Flaska från SB lagrad 1 år. Kolsvart med ljusbrunt skum. Tung doft av choklad. Söt med tydlig kaffe och chokladsmak. Slaktmasken (70) - Gothenburg, SWEDEN - APR 8, 2015
@ Havregatan 150131. Bottle (650 ml) from Systembolaget. Roasted malty with caramelly notes, chocolate and coffee, liquorice, sweet, full body with an oily texture. The finish is long, dry, bitter and roasted with chocolate. Really nice. ramboraffe (2257) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - DEC 17, 2014
650 ml bottle. Deep oily black with tanned head. Smell is roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Taste is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, sweet dried fruit and biscuits. Dry with medium bitterness and medium carbonation. deekyn (1459) - San Francisco, California, USA - NOV 4, 2014
A- pours like oil motor. Black and viscous. With a thin cocoa brown head.
S- cocoa and chocolate are great. Rhubarb, licorice and muddled rooty vegetables. Some dirt. Charcoal and light firewood smoke. Maple syrup is fairly distant.
M- full, thick oily body with mild carb.
T- dense. Dry chocolate, roasted malts and cocoa powder. Sour wood, buttermilk biscuit and hops come through in the middle. Maple syrup and honey is more prominent here than in the aroma but still weak. Ending is more dry chocolate, espresso, grasses and ash. Nice alcohol burn.

Pours black into a snifter. Mocha head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Dark chocolate and maple aromas. Thick with dark chocolate and licorice upfront. Turning to maple syrup in the lasting, hot finish. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 20, 2014

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2015 Omnipollos best beer so far, would love to see this bourbon barrel aged.
Smell is almost vinous, very heavy, port like, chocolate, coffee, wood, some dark fruits, small smoke, licorice.
The best of this one is the mouthfeel, carbonation is quite low, but even with no lactose added this has an incredibly creamy mouthfeel. Taste is very very balanced, nothing sticks out too much and its a superb thick mix of coffee, roasted malts, chocolate, licorice with earthy quality to it. olio (10374) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 23, 2014

Pours jet black color with a small beige head. Dry caramel malty aroma, cigar, ash, chocolate and molasses. Sweet syrupy and malty flavor, cocoa, dark chocolate, hops, oaky notes as well as some caramel. I like the aroma especially, very refined and the alcohol amount is just right, dry chocolaty finish spreads the flavor dimension towards Porter style. Excellent.
650 ml bottle. Pours a black colour with a beige head. Aroma is very rich and sweet with sticky syrupy notes, wood and chocolate. Flavour of rich roasted malts, dark syrup, bread, herbal notes, grassy bitterness, chocolate, marshmellow candy, pear drops and biscuit. Full bodied. Sweet, rich, original. I love these sweet Omnipollo beers. If you like this, try Hypnopompa.
