Omnipollo Fatamorgana (8%). Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison - rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp - this double IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

33 cl bottle from Systembolaget. APPEARANCE: hazy golden with a small white head. NOSE: strong hoppy aroma of tropical fruits. TASTE: lightly sweet, and light bitterness. MOUTH: medium body, with a semi dry and astringent texture.

Enjoyed at a share at Corbet’s house on July 10. 330 mL bottle. The pour is a foggy bright yellow color, almost a little white-ish with a thick white head and a slow fading head that leaves a good bit of lace. The aroma is pretty hoppy and bitter. There is a nice citrus, but it’s bordering rind levels of bitterness. There is a lighter tropical fruit behind it and a leafiness to the hops. A lingering pine resin wraps it up. The flavor is equally as bitter. Damn. The hops and citrus just resound with bitterness and a light pine resin cleans this up too. This is interesting, but it’s not as crushable as most. The mouth feel is medium bodied with a softer carbonation and a strong bitterness on the back end. It’s something else, that’s for sure. Needed a little more citra without the rind aspect. 7 4 7 4 15

Nice unclear yellow color with a fine white head. Looks nice and inviting. Solid hoppy and fruity aroma. Medium body and a mellow carbonation level. Easy to drink. Pleasant sweetness and a moderate bitterness. Short ending and a semi dry texture. Citric, fruity and pine in the flavor. Lovely refreshing and dangerously session able beer.

Flaska från Systembolaget. Halvthock guldig färg. Härlig mjuk doft, fruktig. Lite skum lagom med bubblor. En stor favorit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours hazy bright yellow with a white head. Loads of pineapple and mango on the aroma. Tropical as hell! The taste is a piney sensation with a citrusy lingering. Smooth, oily texture, medium body, medium carbonation.

Really nice graphic design. Yea, in this case, it ads to the overall experience. Tastes is full and fruity and dry, drink it slow.

Sweet citrus fruits, orange, tangerine, light tropical flavours, mango, papaya, grain malts, light caramel. Hazy gold, small, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More sweet, slightly overripe tropical fruits, zesty citrus fruits, tangerine, sweet orange, sweet, pale grain malts, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Nice IIPA, quite like the malts in the aroma, works well with the tropical fruits. Keg at Hop Locker, Waterloo.

On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Hazy gold lasting white head. Hoppy but with light tropical fruit. Hoppy. Some sweetness. Doesnt taste its strength. Some cereal flavour. Decent.
