COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tired of talking my friends into pit stops at beer bars before heading “out” - in fear of having to drink bland lager all night - I set out to craft an ale that would act as companion throughout the evening. Leon is assertively hopped and fermented dry using champagne yeast. The yeast and the hops in combination with a simple malt bill provides the beer with a quality of being rich in taste yet refreshing.

Very different bpa. Taste resembles a pilsner. Must be the champagne yeast. crisp and refreshing, seems lighter than 6.5 abv. Pleasant lingering finish like a geisha coffee.

Cloudy, pale orange beer. Vigorously carbonated with medium-sized bubbles, producing a large dense white head. Aroma is vinous and fruity: lemon, lime, biscuit, caramel and bread dough. This is followed by notes reminiscent of a white ine: green grapes, peaches, and gooseberry. Finally, some graininess and earthiness towards the end. Remarkably refreshing, and fizzy on the palate.

Ocena na podst. notatek celem uzupełnienia profilu. Butla olbrzymia więc trochę zmęczyło. Piana zrobiła największe wrażenie - trwała i zbita jak styropian :) Generalnie ok, ale bez sząłu.

From lalonjadelacerveza. In Grimbergen glass. After dinner. Belgian yeast spicyness with floral hoppy notes, but without losing the belgian character. Well adjusted dryness and carbonation, inviting to next sip.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 18.09.17. Hazy dark straw colour. Small white head. Aroma of hose blanket, boiled vegetables and overripe citrus. Taste of overripe citrus, citrus zest and boiled vegetables. Also some succade and dried tropical fruits. Medium high bitterness.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma of herbs and wine yeast. Dry and crisp flavour, herbal / spicy hops and champagne brut. Refreshing.
